This case arises out of a conduct report that plaintiff Charles Wilson, a prisoner, received after a conversation with his work supervisor, defendant Ken Greetan, in November 2005. In the conduct report, Greetan accused plaintiff of asking Gree-tan to confirm a “rumor” about another officer. Plaintiff says that Greetan fabricated the conduct report because plaintiff had called Greetan “corrupt” and threatened to report his misconduct to a higher ranking officer.
