— Appeal by the Industrial Commissioner from a decision of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board, filed January 8, 1981, insofar as that decision overruled the Industrial Commissioner’s initial determination that claimant was disqualified from receiving benefits because he voluntarily left his employment without good cause. Claimant worked as a food service worker for the Staten Island Development *1019Center from 1973 until August 13, 1980.
