Came on to be considered the above-styled and numbered proceeding and, in particular, Debtor’s Motion to Remove Trustee filed on June 28, 2012 (ECF No. 149). The Court has jurisdiction over this matter pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 157 and 1334. This is a core proceeding under 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2)(A) and (0). Venue is proper under 28 U.S.C. §§ 1408 and 1409.
