{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Brian Rozell, appeals from his conviction in the Clark County Court of Common Pleas after he pled guilty to operating a vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol. In support of his appeal, Rozell contends that the trial court erred in overruling his presentence motion to withdraw guilty plea. Rozell also contends that the trial court erred by allowing Rozell's former defense counsel to testify at the hearing on his motion to withdraw guilty plea, claiming a violation of the attorney-client privilege.
