hThe defendant, Anthony J. Richardson, was charged by bill of information on 4 November 2009 with possession of heroin, a violation of La. R.S. 40:966 C(l), and possession of cocaine, a violation of La. R.S. 967 C(2). He filed a request for a preliminary hearing, a bill of particulars, .and motions to suppress the evidence and for discovery. Following a hearing on 5 February 2010 and additional briefing, the trial court denied the motion to suppress.
