Frederick W. Buchholz died leaving a will whereby appellants (hereinafter called executors) were appointed executors with directions to pay decedent’s just debts and the expenses of his last illness, “funeral and burial, in such amounts as they may deem proper.” Upon Mr. Buchholz’ passing his cousins, Louise Stoner and Gustav Blank, went to appellee’s (hereinafter called Gawler’s) undertaking establishment and arranged for the funeral at a cost of $3,863.
