J. C. Snidow, sometimes hereinafter referred to as the plaintiff, filed a motion for judgment against Lloyd Woods, sometimes herein after referred to as the defendant, to recover the sum of $800 with interest and attorney’s fee, due on a note in that amount bearing interest at the rate of 5% per annum, dated March 1, 1945, signed by Woods, payable two years after date to J. C. Snidow, O. W. Altizer and J. B. Spiers, and by Altizer and Spiers endorsed and transferred to Snidow.
