¶ 1. This is an appeal from the judgment of the Yalobusha County Chancery Court entered on April 18, 2008, dissolving the partnership of Larry Jess McCachren Jr. and Bob Best Jr. McCachren filed a complaint on December 6, 2006, to dissolve the partnership and to partition property that *357he owned with Best. After dissolving the partnership, the chancellor awarded McCachren not only Best’s entire interest in the partnership property, but also a money judgment against Best in the amount of $35,071.39.
