The Trustees of the Graphic Communications International Union Upper Midwest Local 1M Health and Welfare Plan (Trustees) brought an action against Olaf and Tamara Bjorkedal, shareholders of Nordic Printing and Packaging, Inc., under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) after Nordic Printing and Packaging stopped making payments to the Graphic Communications International Union Upper Midwest Local 1M Health and Welfare Fund.
