This is an action for damages for personal injuries. Plaintiff recovered a verdict and *265judgment in the amount of $9,000.00. Defendant has appealed.

On September 4, 1962, the date of the occurrence giving rise to this litigation, plaintiff lived with her husband and infant granddaughter on Meyer Road, Festus, Missouri, in a trailer at Twin Gables Trailer Court.
