State v. Lee
Connecticut Appellate Court
1Opinion of the Court
Opinion
O’CONNELL, C. J.
The defendant appeals from the judgment of conviction, rendered after a jury trial, of possession of a narcotic substance with intent to sell in violation of General Statutes § 21a-277 (a). He claims that the trial court improperly denied his motion to set aside the verdict because the evidence was insufficient to support his conviction. He also claims that the trial court improperly instructed the jury on (1) the difference between direct and circumstantial evidence, (2) *692the law of reasonable doubt and (3) the jurors’ duties. We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
