2Per curiam

Seventeen plaintiffs brought suit to prevent the District of Columbia from acquiring a shopping center by eminent domain. Because only four of the plaintiffs own or lease properties in the shopping center, and those four are litigating this matter in the District of Columbia’s court system, we affirm the district court’s dismissal of the case.

The Skyland Shopping Center is located at the junction of Alabama Avenue, Good Hope Road, and Naylor Road in Southeast Washington, D.C. According to findings of the District of Columbia Council, the shopping center…
