The plaintiff’s husband, Melvin R. Gundy, was employed as a carpenter in building an elevator for the defendant. While so employed he fell and was instantly killed, and the plaintiff, as administratrix of his estate, brought this action in the district court for Dodge county, and ob*601tained a verdict and judgment for damages caused by his death. The defendant has appealed.
