HAIGHT, District Judge.

The petitions for review in this matter are prosecuted by a substituted trustee under a mortgage given by the bankrupt company to secure an issue of bonds. All of the mortgaged property was'taken possession of and sold by the trustee in bankruptcy, over the objection of the mortgage trustee, free and discharged of the mortgage; the order for sale being based upon the assumption that there was a substantial equity in the property, over and above the amount due on the bonds.
