| ,On January 11, 2010, the juvenile defendant, R.G., was charged with two counts of armed robbery, in violation of La. R.S. 14:64, and two counts of armed robbery with the use of a firearm, in violation of La. R.S. 14:64.3. On February 23, 2010, following an adjudication hearing, R.G. was adjudicated delinquent of two counts of first degree armed robbery, in violation of La. R.S. 14:64.1. Counts three and four, armed robbery with the use of a firearm, were dismissed.
