[1] This case comes before this court as an interlocutory appeal from the parties' respective cross-motions for summary judgment. Specifically, a class of laborers ("the Class") formerly employed by Linkmeyer Development II, LLC, and its members Steve Linkmeyer and Brian Bischoff (collectively, "the Defendants"), appeal the trial court's denial of their motion for summary judgment and the granting, in part, of the Defendants' motion for summary judgment.
