MOORE, Justice.

This is a suit brought by a prime contractor against a sub-contractor for damages for breach of contract. Plaintiff Loggins Construction 1 of Tyler, Texas, brought the suit to recover damages alleged to have resulted from defendant Long-view Construction and Development, Inc.’s breach of its sub-contract with Log-gins to perform certain excavation and earth work in conjunction with construction of a football stadium for Stephen F.
