OPINION
DARDEN, Judge.
STATEMENT OF THE CASE
Norman Timberlake appeals his conviction by jury of robbery1 as a class B felony; three counts of criminal confinement2 as a class B felony; and carrying a handgun without a license3 as a class A misdemeanor; his adjudication as an habitual offender;4 and his sentence thereon.
We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand for resentencing.
