The People appeal from a judgment of acquittal entered by the Denver District Court after a jury had been unable to reach a verdict on charges brought against the defendant, Robert Lee Franklin, for pimping, section 18-7-206, C.R.S.1973 (1978 Repl.Vol. 8) and conspiracy to commit pimping, section 18-2-201, C.R.S.1973 (1978 Repl.Vol. 8).
