Dichtl v. Foster McGaw Hospital

Petitioner, Ralph L. Bichtl, administrator of the estate of Saad A. Garawany, appeals from an order of the Circuit Court of Du Page County requiring him to file a supplementary inventory listing the receipt of payment under the medical insurance policy which was described in the original inventory of the Garawany estate.
