This matter comes before the court upon two motions. In this Family Court Act article 10 proceeding, the Administration for Children’s Services (ACS) seeks to compel three mental health providers to testify, at the dispositional hearing where the respondent mother seeks the release of the children to her care and custody, regarding the mental health counseling of respondent mother Kimberly F.
