From the evidence submitted and the record in the matter, we find and decree as follows:

The first and final account of the executor of the estate of J. Franklin Jenkins, who died on July 12, 1955, was adjudicated and a decree of distribution entered on September 24, 1956. In this latter decree there is included, as part thereof, an award of cash and securities, in the total amount of $58,081.32, to The Miners National Bank of Pottsville, in trust for *746Mrs. Tillie Becker, as in the will provided.
