MEMORANDUM OF DECISION

This adversary proceeding, arising in a Chapter 11 bankruptcy, is before the court for entry of judgment after a trial on stipulated facts. The adversary involves a dispute between debtor Ebro Foods, Inc. (“Ebro”), a food manufacturer, and one of its suppliers, G and G Peppers, LLC (“G & G”). G & G shipped jalapeno peppers to Ebro, and Ebro admittedly did not pay for them. There are two issues in dispute. The first is whether G & G’s claim against Ebro includes the attorneys’ fees that G & G incurred in pursuing its collection efforts.…
