OPINION

This case arises from the loss of the wooden fishing vessel NORTH SEA off the southwest coast of Unimak Island, Alaska, on December 12, 1968. Captain Grabowski, the skipper, and two other *1268crew members were drowned. The deck hand, Golodoff, survived.
Appellant Sophie M. Grabowski, the widow of the Captain, was the claimant, individually, and as the personal representative of Captain Grabowski, and as the guardian of their minor children.
