MEMORANDUM OPINION

This matter came on for trial on March 5 through March 14, 2007 on the complaint of the debtors, OCA, Inc. And Orthodontic Centers of Georgia (collectively “OCA”) against Dr. Hector M. Bush and Hector M. Bush, P.C. (collectively “Bush”) and the counterclaim thereto. As set forth more fully below, the court finds that the business services agreement between Bush and OCA is not illegal as against public policy under Georgia law, that OCA breached the contract, and that both parties are entitled to damages on certain of their claims as detailed…
