Plaintiff Darrell Bolden filed an application for disability insurance benefits under the Social Security Act (the “Act”) on November 21, 2000, alleging a continuous disability beginning October 1, 1992. Plaintiffs application was denied initially and upon reconsideration. Plaintiff requested an administrative hearing on November 26, 2001. This request was granted and a hearing was held before an Administrative Law Judge (“ALJ”) on February 18, 2004.
