Alicia Sarai Smith appeals the district court’s judgment affirming the denial of her application for supplemental security income (SSI) benefits.

In 2008, Smith’s mother filed an application for SSI benefits on her behalf, alleging that Smith had been disabled due to borderline retardation and attention deficit disorder since her birth on November 1, 1993.
