This is an action of assumpsit brought in the circuit court of McHenry county on December 12, 1915', by the Whitewater Commercial & Savings Bank, of Whitewater, Wisconsin, against the United State Bank of Crystal Lake, in McHenry county. Plaintiff filed a declaration and an affidavit of claim therewith. Defendant filed a plea of the general issue and an affidavit of merits therewith. Afterwards plaintiff filed a bill of particulars.
