McNULTY, Acting Chief Judge.

Petitioner, a licensed architect, seeks a writ of certiorari to review the proceedings before the Florida State Board of Architecture in which that Board suspended his architect license for a period of one year.

The Board charged petitioner with two counts of affixing his name and seal as an architect to architectural plans or drawings which were not prepared by him or under his “responsible supervising control,” in violation of F.S. § 467.14, F.S.A.1971, and of the rules of the Florida State Board of Architecture.
