Appeals (1) from a judgment of the County Court of Broome County (Smith, J.), rendered November 7, 2005, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crimes of kidnapping in the second degree and coercion in the first degree, and (2) by permission, from an order of said court, entered March 27, 2007, which denied defendant’s motion pursuant to CEL 440.10 to vacate the judgment of conviction, without a hearing.
