In a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 to review a determination of the respondent members of the Zoning Board of Appeals of the City of Rye, dated May 31, 1988, which denied the petitioners’ application for an area variance, the petitioners appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Cowhey, J.), entered October 17,1988, which dismissed the proceeding.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed, without costs or disbursements.
