Sedlmayr Enterprises, Inc. (Sedlmayr), and its insurer, Aetna Casualty and Surety Company (Aetna) (together, “Appellants”), appeal from the final Workers’ Compensation award of the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission compensating Bill Hoffman, Jr., as a result of injuries he sustained while employed by Sedlmayr in Nevada, Vernon County, Missouri.
