Harvey E. Brown, appellee, instituted this action in divorce against his wife, Martha I. Brown, appellant, charging (1) cruel and barbarous treatment and (2) indignities to the person. The master filed his report recommending that a divorce be granted on the ground of indignities. Appellant’s exceptions thereto were dismissed by the court below and a final decree of divorce entered. The wife-respondent now appeals, contending (1) that the testimony does not establish indignities and (2) that appellee was not an “innocent and injured spouse.”
