On April 27, 1992, plaintiff Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center, an Illinois not-for-profit corporation, filed a verified complaint in the circuit court of Coles County against defendant, Suzanne S. Perket, seeking preliminary and permanent injunctive relief to uphold a covenant against competition in an employment contract between the parties.
