Lail v. State

The defendant, A. W. Lail, was convicted in the district court of McCurtain county of the crime of murder, and his punishment fixed at imprisonment for life. From this judgment of conviction he has appealed to this court, and but one proposition is relied upon for a reversal of the judgment.
