Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court in favor of plaintiff, entered January 6, 1976 in Tompkins County, upon a decision of the court at a Trial Term, without a jury. This is an action for attorney’s fees instituted by the plaintiff against defendants Donald Hamilton, Thomas J. McCarthy and Barney Tapper.
