This appeal involves a section of gravel road in Ouachita County running from Ouachita 51 to the entrance of a residence and farm owned by Charles Allen. In 2001, a dispute arose between Walter Frazier and Charles Allen regarding use of the portion of the road that crossed Walter Frazier’s property. Walter Frazier installed a gate across the readjust past his residence blocking the access of Charles Allen to the road leading to his property.
