This action was brought by the First National Bank against Peter Quint and Margaret *475Quint to recover an amount claimed to be due upon five promissory notes, the first three notes for $890 each, the fourth for $537.65, and the fifth for $800.

The plaintiff in its petition set out its first, second, third and fourth causes of action in the usual form, referring to the notes as exhibits “A,” “B,” “ C,” and “D.” Copies of the notes, together with the credits and indorsements thereon, were attached to and made apart of the petition. “Exhibit A”…
