Statement.
The plaintiffs are copartners, doing business under the name of Mintz & Mintz in the states of Wisconsin, New Jersey, and other states, and are engaged in the breeding and sale and transportation in interstate commerce of cattle for dairy and breeding purposes. Their cattle are purchased or bred and are located in the state of Wisconsin, whence they ship annually to buyers in the state of New York upwards 'of 1,000' head. The defendant, Charles H.
