delivered the opinion of the court.

Plaintiff was struck by an automobile, and bringing suit for damages for injuries received had a verdict and judgment against defendants for $3,250, which they ask to have reversed.

The declaration alleged joint ownership and operation of the automobile by defendants and that their negligent operation of it caused the accident, making them jointly liable.
