Appeal is taken by defendant, Hurley Hider, from a conviction for robbery armed 1 in recorder’s court for the city of Detroit.

Defendant Hider was jointly tried by a jury with John Thomas for robbing at gun point Meyers’ Market located at 19231 Hershey avenue in the city of Detroit. During the course of the trial, three eyewitnesses identified defendant as one of two men who committed the holdup.
