This litigation is over. the north and south boundary line between land belonging to appellants on the west and land belonging to appellee on the east. Hereafter we will refer to appellants,’ land as the “west farm” and to appellee’s land .as the “east farm”. Both farms (insofar as they relate to this opinion) are in the north half of section 35, Township 7 South, Range 8 West, in Lincoln Connty.
