This is an appeal from a judgment entered by the Circuit Court of Franklin County, State of Missouri, on Count II of Defendant’s First Amended Counterclaim; the only assignment of error is that the trial court erred in refusing to receive into evidence certain of Defendant’s exhibits. The trial court entered judgment for the Plaintiff on Count II of his petition. Southwestern Bell Telephone Company, one of the defendants below, is not a party to this appeal.
