The judgment appealed from in this case was entered on November 7, 1966, denying a mandamus absolute. A notice of appeal was filed on November 28, 1966. The transcript of the evidence was filed in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Fulton County on January 3, 1967. The record does not show any extension of time allowed for the filing of the transcript of evidence as provided for by Code Ann. § 6-804 (Ga.
