In an action, *246inter alia, to recover damages for breach of contract, the plaintiff appeals, as limited by its brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Rudolph, J.), entered July 16, 2001, as granted the amended motion of the defendant Friedlander Group, Inc., and the separate motion of the defendant Prism General Services, to dismiss the complaint.
Ordered that the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with one bill of costs.
