Erom the Clinton Circuit Court; J. V. Kent, Judge. Action by Noblesville Gas and Improvement Company to enjoin the city of Noblesville from the enforcement of an ordinance regulating the rates to be charged consumers of natural gas. Erom a judgment in favor of plaintiff, defendant appeals.

Suit by appellee for injunction against the enforcement by appellant of its ordinance purporting to regulate the price to be charged by appellee for natural gas in certain cases. The complaint is in two paragraphs, to which a general demurrer was overruled. The city elected to stand by its demurrer, and judgment was rendered against it as upon default, in accordance with the prayer of the com*164plaint.
