HARVEY, Presiding Judge.

This is a suit to remove cloud from title, brought by Mrs. Willie Ford and Mrs. Annie Campbell, against Mrs. Lillian Hackel, and her husband, John Hackel, with respect to an instrument appearing on the deed records of Pecos county. The instrument purports to be the deed of J. R. Rutherford and his wife, Mattie A. Rutherford, to Mrs. Hackel.
