This is an appeal from a judgment of the Superior Court of Cook county. The judgment was of nil capiat and for costs against the plaintiff in the action. It was entered on the verdict of not guilty by a jury to which the cause was submitted. Complaint .is made in the assignments of error in this court and by the arguments in their support that the Superior Court erred in the admission of certain evidence offered by the defendant, and erred also in giving certain instructions tendered by the defendant and in refusing one of those offered by the plaintiff.
