MEMORANDUM OPINION ON UNITED STATES TRUSTEE’S MOTION TO APPOINT TRUSTEE

This matter came before the Court for five days of trial on the United States Trustee’s Motion to Appoint a Chapter 11 Trustee (“Motion”)(doc 72). The United States Trustee appeared through its attorney Alice Nystel-Page. Debtor appeared through its attorney William Davis. The Unsecured Creditors Committee (“UCC”) supported the Motion and appeared through its attorney Walter Reardon. This is a core proceeding. 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2)(A).
