delivered the opinion of the court.

This is an action to recover for personal injuries. The plaintiff was engaged with otliers in the work of making changes in or repairing the building of defendant in error.

It is stated by the attorneys of the latter, that the roof of the original building was flat, sloping from front to rear, supported by rafters. The repairs or alterations involved the addition of two stories.
